Dr. Rustagi recently performed the first of four light treatments for dry eye, and I notice a difference already! Every step of the procedure was explained in a calm and gentle manner, and my comfort was the doctor’s priority. We drive a distance to see Dr. Rustagi because he and his staff are absolutely THE best! Cannot wait to see the results after all sessions have been completed.​​​​​​​

I was quite surprised at what was covered by my VSP insurance, every frame in the store was available even the designer frames. Dr Rustagi takes his time, explains everything and even howed me a video of my eye examination which really helped me understand the health of my eyes. I would definitely recommend them…​​​​​​​

Great Service Upper Montclair Eye Care and Wear is a great alternative to the large chain stores. Dr. Rustagi’s exam was quick but thorough. Him and his staff helped me pick out a beautiful pair of glasses. His prices are comparable to lens crafters or pearl, but the service was uncomparable. And it was nice to be able to support a local business. Great selection of eyewear as well.​​​​​​​

Must See My mother and I were seen by Dr. Rustagi and had one of the best eye exams ever. He took his time and explained everything to both of us. The office was very clean and well equipped with an amazing collection of eyewear. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.​​​​​​​
